Linn-Benton Community College

Linn-Benton Community College is a proud partner of John Deere’s John Deere Tech Program. Students enter the program already connected with a participating John Deere dealer, including Coastline Equipment or Papé Machinery. After successfully completing the Associate of Applied Science degree, students receive tuition reimbursement from their employer and transition directly into a full-time technician role.

Program Overview

LBCC is one of seven colleges in the US offering an Associate of Applied Science in Construction & Forestry Equipment Technology. You will study with state-of-the-art equipment at our Advanced Transportation Technology Center located in Lebanon, Oregon. Over two years, you’ll develop the technical competency and professional attributes needed for high-paying, rewarding careers as a John Deere Construction & Forestry Equipment echnician.

Getting Started

There is a two-part process to get started in the John Deere Tech Program at LBCC. First, you will submit an interest form on John Deere's Tech Program page. Students are matched with a participating John Deere dealer as part of the program entry process. Second, you will submit a New Student Application to LBCC's Heavy Equipment & Diesel program
